Credit Forms Every member that sells three tax
credit forms will be invited to an exclusive
party. Turn the forms into Mrs. Masciangelo or
Mrs. Compton.

• Take a list of everyone interested in January
  Trip.
• Find any new information on the trip in January
  held at Mesa Community College.
• Vice Presidents of Finance Casey and Shantel
• Collect any funds and deposit into club account.
• Record this deposit in the books.
• Working with Administrative Secretary, complete
  roster in Excel for all DECA Members!

  the board

• Take Minutes for the initial meeting
• Working with Vice Presidents of Finance,

• Organize DECA Binder incl. each sections for
  Minutes, Membership, Purchase Orders, Deposits,
  Financial Statements, etc.

• Flowers for Winter Formal
• Create Budget for fundraiser, estimating costs
  of roses, ribbon, paper, etc.

Community Service

• Things To Accomplish
• Work on breaking the club up into service groups
• Retrieve the Membership List from the
  Administrative Secretary.
• Create a name for Community Service for the
  Community to remember us by (I.E. DECA Cares,
  DECA Gives Back, etc.)

Class Reps

• Remind Everyone About The Exclusive Party For
  The Tax Credit Forms
• Start a list of who is willing to volunteer at
  San Tan Village with the Club on December 7th and
  22nd. I only am assuming about twenty of us.
• Get Shirt Sizes For All Paying Members. Verify
  Membership Through The Membership List.
• Start a list of who is going to attend the
  conference in January
