4PAS is a national career and technical student
organization of more than 1,000 members
representing 58 chapters in 18 states. More than
half the organizations members attend its
conference each year. Approved by the U.S.
Department of Education, the organization is an
integral part of career and technical education
instructional programs. PAS seeks to unite
education and industry in agriculture, enabling
itsmembers to experience individual growth,
leadership and career preparation. For more

10PAS Associates is an organization of former
members, advisors, administrators, industry
representatives, parents and other PAS
supporters. The Associates support and promote
the National PAS Organization through financial
contributions, award program sponsorships and
donations of time and expertise serving as award
program judges, timekeepers and assistants. At
the local and state levels, Associates members
provide guidance and support to current PAS
members, as well as promotional and financial
aid.
Ken and Jane Olcott to be Recognized at National
FFA Convention. Ken served National PAS as
Executive Director and was founder of the PAS
Associates. Retires this year.

(AgrowKnowledge) - To The National Council for Agriculture
Education - Subject Postsecondary Taskforce Proposal
- The National Postsecondary Student Organization
(NPAS) and the national center for science and
technology education in agriculture,
AgrowKnowledge, propose that a Postsecondary
(2-year and 4-year Colleges/Universities of
Agriculture) Taskforce be formed by the Council
--- to strengthen the Postsecondary agenda within
The Councils 10 x 15 initiative. The taskforce
agenda will include the following objectives - 1. To assess the current status of Agriculture
Education on the Postsecondary level. - 2. To improve the quality of instruction of
programs. - 3. To increase student numbers.
- 4. To improve the sufficiency of the workforce to
meet needs of employers. - 5. To enhance food security.

Agricultural Student Organization - Encourage development of a directory
- Engage with the new Postsecondary Task Force
