• El tratamiento de cada uno de los pacientes debe
  de individualizarse pero debe ser manejado por el
  equipo multidisciplinario, en caso de o por
  alguna circunstancia no sea posible, mínimo debe
  de ser manejado por el Hematólogo y la otra
  especialidad hasta su alta temporal de la otra
  especialidad ya que el control por hematología es
  permanente.
