  • An accountability tool that attempts to
    determine the strengths and weaknesses of federal
    programs.
  • Approximately 30 questions
  • Four sections Program Purpose and Design,
    Strategic Planning, Program Management, and
    Program Results
  • Generates a Program Score on a 0-100 scale
  • Score translates into rating Effective
    Moderately Effective Adequate Ineffective
    Results Not Demonstrated
