Class Rank at NBHS

• Used to determine a students academic standing
  in his/her high school graduation class
• only grades for core classes/AP or dual credit
  and foreign language are used
• grades are converted to rank points based on the
  weighted point chart
• The sum total of the rank points are divided by
  the students course factor
• The resulting total determines a students class
  rank (highest rank point average, not grade point
  average, has the highest rank)
