  knowledge.

• Innovation and Research Promotion Bill (Not
• to be proceeded with and likely to be replaced
  with more comprehensive legislation based on
  National RD strategy currently being drafted).

  State Law Advisors) This Bill regulates
  scientific professions from a qualifications and
  an ethical point of view.
• Institute for the Promotion of Science Bill
  (Bill to be send to State Law Advisors). Creates
  a framework for a national institutional network
  of science centres. It is based on FEST, an
  existing institution.
