Statement Options

• The Statement Wizard is utilized to generate
  billing statements for all accounts that have
  outstanding balances. Statements can be created
  for
• All accounts
• Individual accounts
• Range of accounts
• Accounts that have not had a statement in X
  amount of days

Statement Options

• There are several user defined options available
  when processing statements
• Customize messages for accounts with 30, 60, 90
  day balances
• Create payment due date
• Apply finance charges and/or billing charges
• Exclude accounts with small balances
• Include or exclude accounts with
• 100 estimated insurance
• Accounts with estimated insurance
• Accounts with outstanding claims
• Include or exclude the details of the
  transactions
• Sort detail by Patient or by Date

• There are preferences available that allow you to
  setup your database for statements that meets the
  needs of your practice
• Show Estimated Insurance amount on Statements
• Create Account Note for Statements generated
• Add Statement Message to Account Note
• Use Practice or Providers Return Address on
  Statements
• Include Credit Card information on Statements
• Create Wizard Preferences
• Save statements to Responsible Partys record

• The Statement Queue was created to allow the user
  to view, filter and edit statements at any time
  prior to processing them.
• You have the ability to Filter your statement
  Queue which allows you to
• Print statements for a specific provider which is
  designed for multi-provider offices
• View processed and unprocessed statements
• Show only the last batch of statements

• You also have the ability to
• Make a one time-personal message on your
  statements which overrides the 30, 60 and 90 day
  message or the message from the account
  preference window
• View the account information for the selected
  statement
• Remove/Modify-Finance/Billing charges to specific
  accounts
• Modify due date on individual statements
• Remove a statement from the batch
• Print an audit trail of all statements created

• You have the ability to select from a variety of
  design formats when printing statements
• Enhanced Statement (Plain Paper)
• Classic Statement (Plain Paper)
• Pre-Printed Classic Statement
• Pre-Printed Enhanced Statement
• Pre-Printed Enhanced Statement with Border
• Electronically
• You also have the ability to print envelopes for
  all statements printed in the batch.
