Grant scheme for RTOs

• Brand new scheme to empower tenants to improve
  participation
• For new ideas or trying things differently in
  your area which could be copied elsewhere
• Flexible scheme to suit needs of groups

Aims of the Grant Scheme

• Encourage improvement in the quality and level of
  tenant participation in Scotland
• Enable RTOs to develop their own, innovative and
  replicable approaches to tenant participation
• Enable tenants to participate fully

Grant scheme for RTOs

• Not for things that are the Landlords
  responsibility
• Maximum grant of 10,000 per year per group
• Minimum grant of 1,000
• No match funding required

• Two stage application process
• Applications will be particularly welcomed for
  projects that cover
• - equalities
• - under-represented groups
• - remote, rural areas
• - supported housing
• BUT not obligatory!

National Tenant Engagement
