Registration
  • An online registration system will be available
    for you to register for the courses that you will
    need.
  • There are five major courses for end users
  • Request to fill
  • Viewing budgets
  • Filing Purchase Requisitions
  • Filing Travel Requisitions
  • Recording and Approving Time

Instructor Led Training
  • 20 participants per class
  • Enrollment is mandatory if you will be filing
    purchase or travel requisitions or you are a
    designated timekeeper or recorder
  • Classes will be held in a six week period before
    go live (production)

Online Training Tool UPK User Productivity Kit
  • This is an online tool that provides various ways
    to learn the transaction

Steps in the Process
  • Sign on
  • The first step is to obtain a Position for the
    position you wish to fill.
  • Once you have Position , you can begin the
    transaction to request to fill a position.
  • Lets See It! work!

    page you will be using.
  • These materials will be available at training and
    can be downloaded from the project website.

PS Dedicated Help Desk
  • The HU LEADS project will have its own Help Desk
    - with its own hotline
  • Call agents will be well-versed in both the
    technical issues you may face as well as know how
    the PS applications work.
  • Calls will be logged, tracked and responded to
    with the highest degree of quality, accuracy and
    speed.
  • You will be able to request support online as
    well as by phone. And you will be able to track
    the status of your request!

Refresher Training
  • Refresher training for those who may not use the
    system often and for new employees will be
    offered as needed on an ongoing basis.
  • Training Schedules will be available on the
    website as well as through our eLearning
    application which provides all training
    registration and tracking information.
