Conrep Reorganization

• Revision 12 of the Consolidated Report contains
  the content update presented by CNES at O/C 39
• Revision 13 of the Consolidated Report is a
  reorganization of the principle document to
  include policy content and to move existing
  sections to align with the proposed table
  contents
• Revision 13 contains added content from O/C 39
• Revision 13 action items section as been updated
  to O/C 39

ConRep Action

• For the intersessional period NOAA proposes an
  action to continue the content review and remove
  entries, which do not provide policy decisions or
  lessons learned.
• Example Section 6.1.2.1
• SUITLAND TO TOULOUSE - Delay in transmitting data
  from Suitland to Toulouse. Service Argos has
  noticed that there are many large delays in
  receiving the Argos data from Suitland. NESDIS
  will study means of minimizing these data
  transmission delays. (10th O/C)

• NOAA Recommends we develop an electronic library
  for easy reference of documents.
• Minutes from O/C 21 to 39 on file at NOAA could
  be digitized made available with other reference
  documents
