Contract Providers

• Screenings Initial information to assign unique
  identifier and associate client with provider
• Client Characteristics similar to current
  SUDS/CDR requirements with several additions
  including ASAM level of care
• Referral and Wait List Management referrals to
  other providers, placing and removing clients
  from your wait list

• Managing Episode of Care as federally defined
• Begins at first contact
• Follows client throughout treatment plan, no
  matter how many different providers are involved

• Can enter claims directly or send HIPPA compliant
  837 files
• Claim processed and, if client and service are
  Medicaid eligible, payment will be sought from
  Medicaidelse, paid from appropriate block grant
  or state funds
• ASAIS claims processing response received
  quickly, response from EDS (Medicaid claims) on
  bi-weekly basis, as now
• Plan to issue warrants every week
