access problem by collecting information on - Who is accepting new patients?
- How long is the wait for an appointment?
- What specialties exist and where are they
located? - What is the impact of Behavioral Health
Organization slow pay or no pay on access? - 2. Support regulatory or legislative solutions to
slow pay - no pay problem.

Jefferson Fellowship program for psychiatrists
and the internship program for psychologists.
Both programs are recommended to be cut in FY 04 - 6. Recruit Psychiatrists to Delaware through the
DIMER program
