    Advisors and communicate the same to CH and
    MD/CEO of companies (Sep 03)
  • Existing HSE Advisors to undergo the competency
    programme initiated by CSM (end 2004)
  • Incompetent people are becoming HSE Advisers.
  • No minimum standards set for HSE Advisers.
  • CSM Department not consulted before
    hiring/firing HSE Advisers
  • No motivation from management (no facilities)
