Exploratory Research CSUN Food Study

• Purpose Determine demand for having a farmer's
  market at the CSUN campus.
• In addition, the study aimed to determine the
  demand for a wider variety of food in campus
  dining facilities that meet one or more of the
  following criteria healthy, freshly prepared on
  site, certified organic, and/or locally produced.

Conclusions

• Since there was so much positive feedback about
  getting healthier and locally sourced food at
  CSUN, I want to make it happen.
• This would include drafting a proposal for
  presentation to decision makers on campus.
