• 24 yo G2P1 WF. EGA 6 weeks by LMP presents with
  24 hours cramping and bleeding. No fever.

History and Physical

• No hx PID, abdominal surgery, ectopic, STD
• Vitals are normal
• Abdominal exam is benign
• Exam shows blood in vault, os is closed, uterus
  is 6 weeks size.

Key Points for First Trimester Bleeding

• Is she hemodynamically stable?
• Where is the pregancy and is there a heartbeat?
• What is the RH status?
• All RH negative patients who should get 300
  micrograms of Rhogam
