• the USAID Logical Results Framework
• in order to assess the contribution of USAID
  Program to the National Goal of Poverty Reduction
• Modeling to simulate the effects of increasing
  maize production and prices on Household Income
  and Food Security.

Conclusion

• In Partnership with MEMS, Assist USAID Programs
  in Harmonizing their ME Systems with the
  National Systems.
• Ultimate purpose of Performance monitoring,
  evaluation and/or Research Findings should be
  provision of a continuous flow of information for
  timely decision-making at various levels, to
  enhance corrective action and/or to demonstrate
  Change Concept of Utilization-Focused
  Evaluation and Research.
