Timeline

• Simmie Meredith has started helping with drawings
  in his free time
• Has not been effective yet due to IDEAS problems,
  but problems should be resolved soon (today)

Fermilab Parts

• Checked on the availability of Fermilab supplied
  and manufactured parts
• bayonets, valves, actuators, etc.
• Plenty of parts in stock

Instrumentation

• I have model numbers and quotes for all sensors,
  power supplies, and transmitters required
• Will consult with AD/Cryo one more time before
  ordering parts

Miscellaneous Parts

• Waiting for updated quote from Velan
• The valve controls flow to vacuum header
• Waiting for quote from burst disk manufacturers
• Need to get updated quote from Fike
• Will get quotes from two other manufacturers
