74. PRODUCT
Available to foreigners or locals ( Residents
or non-residents)
Investors will purchase share of stocks in
Boracay Multiple Properties Developers, Inc.
wherein one (1) share of stock is equivalent
to one (1) condotel unit.
Unit are in 30 sq.m. (standard) w/c is
equivalent to one (1) share or the 45 sq. m.
(with loft ) w/c is equivalent to one and a
half (1 ½ ) share.
Units are all fully furnished with kitchen, TV
and standard hotel amenities.
Investors will have the option to reside in
their unit or have it enrolled in the
condotel operations. For residing investors, they
will have to pay administrative and
maintenance fees as in standard condotel
operation.
For condotel enrolees, the administrative and
maintenance fees will be deducted from the
income of condotel operations.

45-day Free stay at the resort every year for
Condotel enrollees ( Valid only for one year
and non-accumulative.) .
Plus 7-day Free stay at Club Ultima or any
Crown Regency operated hotels nationwide
annually.
45-day free stay can be converted to Free stay
privilege certificates at any of the Club
Ultima, Crown Regency Hotel properties other
off-site facilities with no expiry period on a
one to one room night value or may be used to
upgrade their room nights with Interval

Investors could also exchange their 7-day Free
stay privileges in any of the 2,900 Interval
International affiliated hotels resorts

An additional one-time signing bonus of 45-day

cash investors.

option to sell or use) a 320-Day for
enrolment in Condotel operations.

assumption of a US 100 room rate / day and at

159. PAPERWORK
Investors will sign an investment agreement to
purchase a share of stock equivalent to one
specific condotel unit
When payment is fully paid, investors will
receive a stock certificate
Share of stocks can only be resold when fully
paid.
