• Fill out a Job Description (obtainable from
  AIESEC Georgia)
• AIESEC Georgia will present completed Job
  Description to partner AIESEC chapters
• Partner chapters will recruit high-potential
  applicants
• Company screens applicants and selects intern
• Contract is signed and fees are paid
