- For every 50,000 increase in value of residence,
holding other factors constant, there is a
corresponding 8 increase in unplanned purchases.
7Conclusions
- This is only one example of how this survey data
can be used. - Target markets at high value home shows.
- Advertise in publications viewed by wealthy home
owners. - Advertise to have them come in and look around.
