correct radio-button. Make sure your equipment
is eligible for that General Permit
(equip must meet all applicability
criteria for that Gen Permit) If you choose the
wrong permit, or if you do not meet the
eligibility, its the same as not having a permit
at all, and violations could be issued.

limit - hour limit MAKE SURE YOU STAY
UNDER WHATEVER LIMIT YOU PICKED.

associated with it. Enforcement adds up ALL the
pollution from ALL your air permits to get your
facilitys TOTAL PTE (potential to emit) If your
PTE reaches these levels, you are considered a
Title V Major Facility (big deal,
different rules apply) NOx 25 tons per year CO
100 tons per year VOC 25 tons per year TSP
100 tons per year PM-10 (100 tons per
year) SO2 100 tons per year a single HAP
