  help our church family and people in our
  community enter into a relationship with Christ
  and grow deeper in spiritual maturity according
  to the truth and authority of God's Word.

Bethany Ark - Individuals Led by God
Ministry Teams
Provide members an opportunity to grow
spiritually in all five Ministry Areas at their
own pace, according to their own unique shape,
and according to Gods will for them. These
teams will each offer recurring classes to each
member to implement a Ministry Area in a personal
way. Every significant ministry at Bethany will
have a representative on one of the teams. This
will facilitate a unified purposeful strategy
across our ministries. The teams will improve
communication between church members, staff, and
all of the programs at Bethany and the will
create opportunities to be of service. The
Fellowship Team will create a Life Groups
program, encouraging every member to join a Life
Group. Life Groups become close knit friends,
sharing in support of one another.
