• A national, professional leadership network of
  c1,000 clinicians in England
• Structured monthly Action Learning Sets for 60
  clinicians in each SHA
• Exchange of professional learning to help
  understand, support and implement service reform
• Supports clinical engagement in relation to key
  reform agendas such as Next Stage Review
