- A discipline that assumes courts must
- Change processes to leverage the potential of
technology - Use technology to drive changes in processes and
- Develop measurements and controls for feedback
and continuous improvement. - Process Improvement is reengineering lite, or
incremental change, usually defined by
simplification and streamlining of court work
processes. It is easier to promote in
conservative and horizontal organizations.
