  • Quality referring to the characteristics that
    fulfill the needs of the consumer
  • Quality as an absence of defects

  • Demands of customers is the highest priority
    Quality helps in trying to meet the customers
    needs , and with its standards , making sure
    that customer is satisfied.

  • Quality control is a process employed to ensure a
    certain level of quality in a product or service
  • The basic goal of quality control is to ensure
    that the products, services, or processes
    provided meet specific requirements

  • Standards matter ,its the only way we can notice
    any difference
  • ISO (International Organization for
    Standardization) is the world's largest developer
    of standards
  • They are useful to industrial and business
    organizations of all types
  • ISO standards contribute to making the
    development, manufacturing and supply of products
    and services more efficient, safer and cleaner
  • There are more than 16 000 ISO standards
  • ISO 9000 -quality management
  • ISO 14000 -environmental management

  • Total Quality Management (TQM) is a business
    management strategy aimed at embedding awareness
    of quality in all organizational processes.

  • Total quality is called total because it
    consists of two qualities quality of return to
    satisfy the needs of the shareholders, and
    quality of products

CONCLUSION
  • Quality is all around us. Some say that quality
    is whatever we desire, under the condition that
    we are able to go through with it. We need
    quality standards, so we could reduce defects to
    the lowest point possible , and in the end having
    satisfied consumers.
