Many BID Experts
Used JLIP and SVT in the Single Top analysis
Top group contains authors for JLIP and CSIP, and
experts on SVT Singletop had office mate of JLIP
(Benoit) and myself for SVT.
For btagging, btags_cert was used in the analysis
Features were built around this analysis
This allowed us to re-run without fixing to get
around the tmb tagging bug by changing a few text
strings.
Made it easy to build an inclusive TRF or use
taggability macros from others

We build C programs that use root, dont use
root macros
Macros for fake rates and eff should be in cvs
and buildable by CTBUILD
Flavor dependent TRFs depend on how you match
the MC meson to the jet
We should think about how to get the word out
common data format means we could even supply the
algorithm we use (btags_cert??)
Re-running certification was required with the
larger pT muon sample
Long term effort to make the tools runnable (to
first order) by other groups turn algorithms we
know into commodities
btags_cert is ready for public use, but needs
documentation!!
