Referral Processing Time

• Urgent
• Duration of 10 minutes from the referral is
  recorded until it arrives at the appropriate
  carer e.g. health visitor, district nurse

Referral Processing Time

• If recorded before lunch time, is processed by
  2.30 p.m.
• If recorded after lunch time, is processed by
  5.00 p.m.

• System back-up takes place twice daily
