• Metro Manila is the premier region of the
  country.
• It is the seat of the government and nerve
  center of culture, education, finance, trade and
  commerce.

OBJECTIVES

• Provide early childhood development geared
  towards the development of the multiple
  intelligences of every child
• Provide basic technical knowledge, skills and
  values that will prepare the youth for the
  demands of the 21st century
• Impart functional literacy skills allowing
  adults, out-of-school youths, disadvantaged and
  handicapped live meaningful and productive lives

Propelled by our vision we, the DECS-NCR
reiterate our commitment to our stakeholders. To
Our Pupils/Students We shall equip all learners
with knowledge, habits, skills and values
necessary for active and successful participation
in a humane and fast-changing society To Our
School Managers and Teachers We shall develop a
team of empowered and world-class school managers
and teachers with integrity, dedication and
commitment in the pursuit of the total
development of the Filipino child and in the
attainment of quality life.

To Our Community/Parents/NGOs/LGUs We shall
establish strategic alliances with our various
publics to attain our goal of quality education
for all. To Our Non-Teaching Personnel We shall
develop among our non-teaching personnel
integrity, commitment and dedication to deliver
effective and efficient service, while at the
same time creating opportunities and avenues for
their professional growth and maximizing their
potentials to achieve a better quality of life.

We, the DECS-National Capital Region, shall
remain the premier region of the Philippines. We
shall exercise dynamic, proactive and innovative
leadership. We shall continuously provide
quality education to all learners to develop
their maximum potential for them to be morally
upright, globally competitive, and responsive to
the demands of a technologically - advancing
society. We shall serve by our philosophy of
Quality Education for All.
