2browser settings
- The Candidate Login is a web-native application
designed and engineered to be viewed via a
browser. - Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0
- Mozilla is not a supported browser
- Overall performance is based on the speed of your
Internet connection and your computer.
3logging in
- Go to www.oxfordlegal.com then click on
Authorized Login, then click on - online Employee Timesheets
- 2. Enter your username and password as provided
in the email. - 3. Click Login.
- 4. If a display nonsecure items pop-up
appears, click Yes.
Congratulations! You now have access to the
candidate portal to submit your timecard.
4screen layout
your home page
- Within the home page, you are presented menu
options - Time Cards lists all of the placements for
which you are entering or have drafted, but not
submitted a timecard - Logout
- The lower section of your home page may or may
not be populated with information depending on
your activity with your employer. - Last Login - this is activity since your last
login - Inbox displays all emails sent from your
employer to you
5entering your time
- To enter your hours for the day and/or week,
click Time Cards. The timesheet for the current
week ending displays. - Click Enter Time.
- Your timecard is configured to display according
to your employers requirement for time entry - Time must be entered in the following format
HHMM AM/PM. If not in this format, time will not
be saved. - In/Out Hours you can use the drop down arrow or
enter time directly into the field - Break Start/End if your client requires this
detail, these fields will be visible - Total Hours If Time In/Out and Break Start/End
are displayed, they system will net hours for
you. Otherwise you may key net hours (total time
less breaks) directly into hours field. Must be
in 000 format.
6entering your time
- Enter hours worked for each day in the Hours
Worked fields. - If your employer requires, you are presented with
Pay Classes to track Overtime, Vacation, and
Holiday hours. If applicable, in the appropriate
Pay Class section enter the daily total hours
worked. - Review your timecard for accuracy.
- When all hours for the week are entered, select
Submit For Approval. This will send your
manager an email stating that your timecard is
ready to be Approved. - You can check the status of your timecard at
anytime by logging into the web portal. - Click Save.
Notes Your timecard remains editable until it
is approved by your manager. Use the Save as
Draft button to save hours entered before they
are ready to be submitted for approval.
7viewing previously entered time
View your timecards for the past 14 weeks by
clicking the Pay Period drop-down.
