Tesla status

Current status

• Tesla produced a set of wafers, 8 of them have
  been fully tested and are ready for testing in
  Pixel Labs ? bump bonding ? irradiation ? noise
  measurement (and ? test beam)
• Some number of electrically good wafers have been
  excluded due to the warp (bow) this problem is
  understood and represents no major problem for
  future (stress compensation tuning)
• Deferred lots (waiting on results of the
  previous) will be ready in the end of February.

Conclusions

• ? Tesla improved number of important parameters
  of sensors and produced wafers for the final
  qualification
