- To introduce the LSIS FLT support programmes
- To share and discuss key messages emerging from
providers engaged with the support programmes - To offer a provider perspective of phased
implementation of Progression Pathways - To explore opportunities and challenges moving
towards the full implementation of Progression
Pathways in 2010/11
4Aims of the support programmes
- Post-16
- to provide support to enable 200 FLT post-16
phased implementation sites to deliver
Progression Pathways from August 2008 - to enable a wider cohort of providers to plan and
prepare for the delivery of Progression Pathways
from August 2009/10 - Pre-16
- to assist approx. 120 centres via 15 local
authorities / 14-19 partnerships to explore the
impact the delivery of the FLT 14-16 Progression
Pathways has on teaching and learning
