    talking about higher education.

  • the rapid obsolescence of knowledge and
    technology produces an increasing need for
    training
  • workers in their jobs are always learning, and
    in more complex environment they learn more
  • workers must adapt to new jobs and positions
  • at higher levels this can mean a need to go back
    to the university or to graduate for the first
    time

    specially to consolidate or to do the theoretical
    approach that job life doesnt give.

    terms of learning outcomes.

    roles of universities and teachers are needed.

  • There is no democracy without diversity.
    Accrediting lifelong learning is a way to
    preserve diversity, different trajectories and
    cultures, so it is also a way to deepen democracy.
