Enhanced Communication

• Effective data sharing amongst Stake holders such
  as DERP, provider agencies, Courts,DMV and
  Probation and Parole
• The new System allows the courts to add DUI
  convictions to the DUI Tracking System instead of
  being mailed to DERP.
• Courts will have the ability to pull
  noncompliance and completion reports
• Allows all agencies that use the system to
  generate reports for their own use.
• Electronic referrals from DERP to providers.
• Electronic notification of Completion to
  DERP,DMV and Courts by the Provider Agencies.
• Allows DERP to see the complete driving record
  from the DMV database. At present DERP can only
  see 3 years of Driving history
• First time Photos and Signatures to be captured
  is such a system
