    www.qnetexchange.org
  • Select Hospital Data Validation Reports under
    My Work

Select report name, i.e., Overall Results, Case
Details

In provided fields, select Provider (your
facility), Discharge Timeframe, Type of
Validation Rate and click on Submit Report.

Select Report Viewer or (if you have already
run your first report and wish to run another),
select Run New Report.

VALIDATION APPEALS
Once CDAC has audited the sampled charts
  • Facilities with validation rates calculated will
    be notified that validation reports are on
    Quality Net Exchange via email.
  • Reports can then be accessed through QNet
    Exchange under My Work, Hospital Data
    Validation Reports.
  • (Refer to Validation Reports Process.)

  • Validation rates and validation reports are
    posted early Monday mornings.
  • If hospitals fail validation
  • They have the option to appeal by filling out the
    following appeal form and submitting it to the
    QIO via QNet Exchange.
  • This form can be accessed on the QNet Exchange
    under CART/Data Validation/Validation Appeal Form
    tabs.
  • They have 10 business days from the date
    validation results are posted.

Save this form on your computer. Once filled out,
save this copy in the following format

Exchange, File Exchange and Search under My
Work, to upload to IQH.

This widow will appear. Select Information and
Quality Healthcare.

Once you have selected Information and Quality
Healthcare, two options appear. Usually, there
will be no need to send information to all users.
Therefore, select Show users at Information
and Quality Healthcare and names will appear on
the right-hand side. Select the name(s). (If
you need to select more than one name, select the
names, holding your Control Button down.) Click
on Add Selected User(s) and the name(s) will
appear in the Send File(s) To box.

Select Select, Encrypt, and Upload Files and
the File To Upload window appears. Locate and
click on the file you want to upload. This will
put the name of the file in File name box.
Then click on open.

When your file has been successfully uploaded,
this window will appear. You can then upload
another file or come out of this process.
