VSOM/RRAMDirective

• Activities have been directed to provide
  visibility of there inventories in support of the
  Total Asset Visibility requirements by NAVSUP.
  RRAM (Real Time Reutilization Asset Management)
  has been selected as an acceptable solution to
  this directive. The RRAM Virtual Inventory File
  accommodates this requirement.
• Some activities do not want to replace there
  local warehouse management system with RRAM.
• Responsibility of the local sites warehouse
  management system to manage these items in
  regards to receiving, stowing, issuing, shipping
  or auditing of the inventory. Accuracy of the
  data is the responsibility of the participating
  site. RRAM only provides the global visibility
  of the item and exposure to DLAs DZE processing
  (if selected).
• RRAM is replacing the GOM/VMSIR directive.

ROMIS MMS ActionVSOM/RRAM Reporting

• Phase I Manual process
• Replaces the VMSIR/GOM process in ROMIS MMS.
• Each site runs a User Defined Report (VSOM) in
  ROMIS MMS. Data is outputted on each ltdatagt
  directory folder the resulting files are
  manually combined into a single file. The single
  file is ran through the RRAM conversion process
  provided by ROMIS MMS.
• Phase II Full Integration in ROMIS MMS
• Replaces the manual tasks performed in Phase I.
• A single process runs against all ltdatagt
  directory folders which outputs the single VSOM
  file.
• Allows the user to schedule Daily/Weekly/Monthly
  outputs.

RRAM/VSOM Reporting Screen

• ROMIS MMS will combine all assets into a single
  file unique by UIC NIIN. Reported data is
  pulled from the folders shown in the Selected
  ltdatagt directories listbox. Line items without a
  NIIN are reported by UIC Cage Part Number.
• The user can setup the VSOM/RRAM process to run
  automatically. ROMIS MMS will run the process on
  a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

Required fields to be provided by the user.
Ability to select multiple ltdatagt directories.
Automatically run the VSOM/RRAM process.
