• Are you in a generous mood to listen and
  participate?
• Would you come back?

• Barriers, obstacles and impediments
• Things that make it hard for people to engage
  with the message.
• How do we really welcome strangers?
• It is a giftnot everyone is good at it!
• It says a lot about the consistency of our
  message.
