In September of 2005 a new Principal took over at
Fairview Heights. He was sad. There was not
much around the school for the kids.
Then in late September he met

Faye and the Principal began talking. Faye was
full of ideas, most of them seemed out of reach
for an elementary school.
Imagine a city wide fundraiser for our libraries

We started to make some changes, a projector and
screen donated from our friends in technology.
Faye persisted with her wild ideas

Faye began performing her magic
Faye emailed and said

Then we met Shirley

By title, Shirley is the Senior Vice President

Through Shirleys hard work we gave every child a
book for Christmas.

We received as a donation a digital grand piano
and began our now well celebrated Pizza and Piano
lunch.
