6User Login
- To access your Online Time Tracker system, go to
the following web address and select your login
type (Users).
7First Time Login
- If you are logging in for the first time, you
need to submit your verification number and email
address to confirm your account and then you will
be able to create a username and password for
login.
8Navigation
- In the top left corner of your screen, you will
see a Navigation link. By clicking on it, a
navigation menu will drop down and give you
access to any/all of the pages that you have
access to.
9My Timesheets
- Your first link is to view a list of all of your
timesheets, separated by a Date Selection (pop-up
calendar). - You have an option to Edit your timesheet, View
your timesheet, Export or Print your timesheet of
the date selected.If you choose to Edit, you
can then upload daily hours or leave.

- From the page main, if you select the first link
Add Administrator, you will see the following
page. - Section 1
- Based on your Package you purchased, you will see
the number of Administrators you are allowed to
setup as well as the current Administrators
signed up for your Organization. - Section 2
- Open fields to enter the new Administrator
information for record. Once completed, select
Submit Access.

- Similar to adding a new Administrator, you may
add Supervisors to your system to maintain all
Users records, timesheets, etc. - Section 1
- Based on your Package you purchased, you will see
the number of Supervisors you are allowed to
setup as well as the current Supervisors signed
up for your Organization. - Section 2
- Open fields to enter the new Supervisor
information for record. Once completed, select
Submit Access.

16Add User
- Similar to adding administrators and/or
supervisors, you can preview the current number
of users allowed access, those that are currently
signed up, and input options to add new Users to
your system. - New User difference Social Security Number is
required and a Confirmation ID is required for
new User to setup/login the Online Time Tracker
System.

18Add or Edit Jobs
- From main, select Add/Edit Jobs and you will
see a list of your current Setup Jobs. - To create a new job, select the link Add New
Job. From there, enter in the required
information then continue. - To edit a current job, select Edit next to the
job, make modifications as needed, then continue.

20Edit My Timesheets
- You have two ways of getting to your Timesheet
for editing. - From My Timesheets link under Edit
- From Calendar on left of the system within the
Navigation menu, after choosing a given date. - On your Timesheet, you may edit your hours and
select any Holidays, Vacations, etc.If you are
re-editing a Timesheet, you can put in a Change
Reason request if needed.
21Job Tasks
- Once a Supervisor has authorized you to work on a
particular job with an assigned task, you must
first Approve/Deny a job task. Once approved, you
may begin logging your hours worked for that
particular job.
22Edit Profile
- If any of your information is incorrect, you can
edit your Profile and store it for record. You
can reset your Username and/or Password as needed.

- At sign up (or from your Organization
Administrator) you were given a specific Company
Name, a Username and a Password.Enter them
below, then press Submit. - If you have forgotten your Password, select the
Forgot Password link and type in your Email
address. Once you have done so, you will receive
your Username and Password via Email Address.
25Set Full-Time/Part-Time Hours
- Before your Users can access their Timesheets,
you must setup required Full-Time Hours allowed
by your Users. - You must do the same for Part-Time Hours
- Both of these links can be found from
Administrator Main
