  professionals knowledge and help to achieve
  higher levels of excellence in grants management.
  Obtaining the credential is not simply a
  one-timeeffort, but an ongoing commitment to
  professional growth.

• The CGMS Credential will be portable. The
  CGMS Credential is independent of the type of
  organization in which a grants management
  professional is currently working and/or may be
  workingfor in the future.
