Re-roofing Program Overview

• BCS has approximately 3.5 million sq. ft. of roof
  area
• BCS has 8 different roofing types 6 roof deck
  systems
• Reroofing is funded through the Capital Outlay
  process
• Reroofing is done on an incremental basis
• BCS current standard for roof warranties is 15-20
  years
• New Building Codes good practice require costly
  upgrades to slope, insulation wind uplift
  resistance
• Asbestos abatement structural repairs are
  expected when reroofing older built-up roofs
• Maintenance Dept. responds to leak reports
