What does ParentPay do?

• enables you to pay for school meals, school
  trips, uniform and much more using your debit
  and/or credit card
• gives you the freedom to make payments to school
  whenever and wherever you like
• stops you having to write cheques or search for
  cash to send to school
• allows you to spread the cost of payments if you
  choose to use your credit card

How does ParentPay helpthe school?

• greatly reduces administration tasks in the
  classroom and in the school office
• we wont have to count cash, confirm cheques are
  written correctly or go to the bank
• the money you pay goes directly into our bank
  account within about 3 days
• money we collect for other organisations i.e. the
  school caterer, goes directly to their account

Enter your username and password as supplied by
school

Go to Profile and change your username and
password to something you can easily remember
You can view all payments you have made by
clicking on History
Simply click Items for payment to proceed to
the payments page
Your home page tells you at a glance if you have
new payments to make

Tick which items you wish to pay for
Click Pay now

ParentPay shows a list of the items that you have
chosen to pay for and gives you an overall total

Most of you will be familiar with internet
payment pages simply follow the on-screen
instructions ParentPay even sends you an email
receipt
Click Submit all and thats it!

What happens next?

• youll receive a letter from school with your
  Username and Password
• go to www.parentpay.com
• log on
• Change your Username and Password
• look at the items that need to be paid and when
  payments are due
• pay at your convenience
