  learning.
• Their core mission is to provide superior
  career-oriented studies that will prepare
  students to succeed in the world.

Project description 

• The Information Technology Department at Clayton
  College State University desires to obtain a
  promotional video. They would like to highlight
  the impressive array of faculty, staff, and
  students within the colleges Information
  Technology Department.

Projects Purpose 

• The purpose of this DVD is to display the I.T.
  department in such a manner as to encourage new
  students and undeclared students to major in an
  I.T. field.
• This promotional video will showcase the many
  opportunities students and future students will
  have within the Information Technology Department
  at Clayton College State University.

• Will include
• Video
• Audio
• Photos
• Printed Content

Video

• Will include a minimum length of 10 minutes, and
  a maximum length of 45 minutes with plenty of
  movement.

Audio

• Music and special sounds have been left to the
  project developer.
• The Promotional DVD should include personal
  interviews.
• There needs to be a thorough combination of both
  voice and music.

Photos      

• Plenty of still photos
• The shots be of good quality

Printed Content       

• There needs to be plenty of readable content.
• This includes a detailed description of each
  instructor and the courses they teach.
• These detailed descriptions should also include
  course descriptions and prerequisites.

• Completed tasks
• Initial Project plan complete
• Requirements Document complete
• Customer sign-off on Requirements Doc complete
• Storyboard being constructed
• Interviews being solicited
• Testing document being created

Project Status

• At this time the project is on task.
• We hope to complete the storyboard in a few
  weeks.
• We are planning to delay videoing the campus
  until spring.
