Jobstream Options

TWS/WebAdmin has inherited the graphic engine
of TWS/Graph.
- The netplan module can be installed on top of
existing TWS/WebAdmin 2.0 installations. - The netplan module uses ActiveX technology,
therefore Windows Desktops are required. Firefox
is able to run ActiveX controls after the
installation of a plugin. - The netplans are 100 online Data is extracted
directly from TWS, no pre-processing is needed. - A separate administration program allows to
modify the appearance of symbols, line colors etc.

- PHP sessions are used to keep important state
information in server memory, e.g. - authentication status
- TWS localopts, globalopts data (used for
processing) - user options (cookies where used before)

- User profiles
- Users reports are stored in users own home
directory (in TWS/WebAdmin 2 all reports were
stored in one common directory). - User can store his option settings into a
separate file in his home directory. Options are
loaded during login. - Error logging
- php errors and warnings are written to a log file
(more secure) and exception states detected in
our routines are logged in the webadmin_error.log
(In TWS/WebAdmin 2 only php fatal errors were
printed to the web page).

groups of streams and jobs. Advantage User does
