What is the Accelerated Math program?The
Accelerated Math program is a computerized
program which individualizes student practice
according to student needs. Every student will
have his/her own assigned objectives. The
program automatically prints an individuals
practice, corrects it when the student scans and
gives immediate feedback on how the student
performed through a TOPS report. In addition,
the program automatically prints the students
next assignment reducing wait time for further
instruction and practice. Students and teachers
are able to see what progress is being made at a
glance. Blue checks indicate a mastered
objective. Red Bars indicate a need for
individual assistance on that objective. AM
helps identify the specific need of the specific
child

Are there any other interesting observations?
The Accelerated Math program uses lots of paper
and ink but there are creative ways to minimize
this cost. Some students become very competitive
and end up finishing their grade level library
and some of the next years library.wait, thats
not a drawback! Students enjoy seeing their
progress as checkmarks grow across the
screen.wait.not a drawback! Students come to
the teacher for assistance in mastering a certain
objectiveI need to rename this page.hold
on.. The AM program does require some monetary
devotion.but then, someone once said If you
think education is expensive, try ignorance.
