Home Fire Safety Checks

• Over 400 people killed and 12,500 people injured
  in house fires annually
• Major HFSC initiative launched in 2003
• Aims To reduce the number of preventable
  accidental fires in the home
• To offer a free HFSC to everyone in Cleveland

  in the home
• Raising the awareness of the dangers of second
  hand smoke in the home
• Reduce the number of fire incidents in the home
  caused by smoking
• Promoting free Home Fire Safety Checks
