Zalaszentgrót
  • Employment pact is a kind of agreement among
    participants of the labour market.
  • The aim is to try to solve the problems of
    employment in our micro-region.

The aim of the project
  • To call home graduated young people to contribute
    with their knowledge to the development of our
    micro region
  • To widen the opportunities of employment of
    graduated young people

    organisation. (It tightens the list of
    participants)

SELECTION
  • Employers are organizations which have signed
    the Employment Pact and which have already
    reported earlier.
  • The young were selected on the basis of their
    curriculum vitae.

TRAINING
  • 1. Preliminary training
  • Self-development and self-awareness training.
  • Overall information about the European Union, its
    subsidy system, project management and tenders.
  • 2. Practical part gaining experience
  • Participants after the training are employed at
    civil organisation and municipalities (members of
    the Pact).

EMPLOYMENT PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE
  • 1.) Four days a week participants work at civil
    organisations and municipalities. These
    organisations undertook to help participants in
    gaining professional practice.
  • 2.) Once a week they work together in TIM
  • Territorial Innovative Measure

GIVING ASSISTANCE TO YOUNG PEOPLE
  • It has two elements
  • Giving assistance to participants who find a job
    within the framework of our project
  • Giving assistance to participants who cannot find
    a job within the framework of our project

EXCHANGE OF EXPERIENCE
  • During the exchange of experience TIM get
    acquainted with activities and similar projects
    of SINERGIJA Development Agency.

PREPARATION OF THE HOMECOMING PROGRAM
  • During the project TIM will prepare the program
    of the Homecoming project with the following
    chapters
  • General survey (opportunities of young people in
    our micro region)
  • Strategic plan (priorities)
  • Operative plan (innovative ideas)

PUBLICATION
  • The aims of the publication are to introduce the
    Homecoming project and its results, and to
    collect the opportunities of young people in our
    micro region.

  • Conclusion (Slovenian practices)

RESULTS
  • There are 10 new workplaces in our micro region
  • 10 young persons are employed
  • There is a young professional team
  • The Homecoming program is developed
  • 10 new projects are developed by the participants
