What does the Presidency actually means?

• Among others
• it is rotated between EU member states every six
  months
• responsibility for the functioning of the
  Council of the European Union, e.g. prepares and
  presides its meetings
• the presiding member state becomes the voice
  and the face of the European Union
• speaks on behalf of all 27 member states and
  represents EU on the global scene

  around 3000 meetings on different levels in
  various places of the Czech Republic, in Brussels
