• Expansion of RH/FP services, with focus on remote
  areas (National UNVs)
• Strengthening RH/FP logistic management trough
  CCM and Channel
• Mobilizing resources from Trust Fund to satisfy
  all the country needs in contraceptive
  commodities
• Providing response in emergency situations
  Hygienic kits MISP (CERF funds and HRU)

2. Improving livelihood opportunities and income
for the vulnerable segments of the population

• Work with Human rights NGOs for the protection of
  rights violation, including GBV
• Assessment of local community groups able to
  undertake IGAs for accessing RH services
  (addressing financial constraint to social
  services)

3. Sustainable Capacity Development

• Promoting South-South cooperation, using the
  Mauritius Institute of Health
• Positioning UNFPA as a strategic partner for data
  collection in situation of emergency
  (humanitarian crisis)
• Policy dialogue on effective national ME
  systems IMIS adopted and operationalization plan
  in place
• Supporting resource mobilization efforts for the
  implementation of the Population and Housing
  Census
