  • Current medical issues, relevant history
  • Any recent procedures (i.e. thoracentesis)
  • Anticipate what calls will be made any
    suggestions?
  • If something can wait until tomorrow (i.e.
    nothing will be done about it at night), then
    dont sign it out
  • Make sure your blood consents are signed
