Introduction to Structural Equation Modeling with
LISREL.

• Dr E. Kevin Kelloway, author of Using LISREL for
  Structural Equation Modeling A Researchers
  Guide (SAGE Publications) will present a 1.5 day
  workshop introducing the theory and practice of
  structural equation modeling using LISREL.
  Participants will gain experience in implementing
  the three main applications of SEM techniques
  (confirmatory factor analysis, observed variable
  path analysis and latent variable path analysis)
  in the LISREL environment. The approach is
  pragmatic and focused on the use of SEM
  techniques to answer substantive research
  questions.

E. Kevin Kelloway, Ph.D.

• studied at both Dalhousie (B.Sc. Honours in
  Psychology) and Saint Marys (M.Sc. in Applied
  Psychology) Universities and received his Ph.D.
  in Organizational Psychology from Queens
  University in 1991. He then joined the
  Psychology Department of the University of
  Guelph, attaining the rank of Full Professor in
  1996.  In 1999 he joined the Faculty of Commerce
  at Saint Marys University where he holds an
  appointment as Professor of Management and
  Psychology. In 2006 he was appointed as a Senior
  Research Fellow at the CN Centre for Occupational
  Health and Safety. Dr. Kelloway was the founding
  Ph.D. Program Director for the Saint Mary's
  Faculty of Commerce (2000 2003), the founding
  Director of the CN Centre for Occupational Health
  and Safety (2002 - 2005) and a founding principal
  of the Centre for Leadership Excellence. He
  continues to hold Adjunct appointments at the
  University of Guelph (Psychology), University of
  Waterloo (Psychology) and Queens University
  (School of Business).
• Dr. Kelloway is a prolific researcher having
  published over 100 articles, book chapters, and
  technical reports. Much of his research uses SEM
  techniques and Dr. Kelloway has written on the
  theory and practice of structural equation
  modeling. His book Using LISREL for Structural
  Equation Modeling A Researchers Guide (1998
  SAGE),continues to be a popular introduction to
  the topic.
